Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Conny was the CEO & President of Tweezerman International for over 10 years and a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Germany. She has seen multiple facets and stages of business and has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to build a business from the ground up, what is involved in successfully growing it, and how to develop and drive long-term strategies for lasting success. Conny has a deep passion for changing the world through innovation by combining science and engineering with business and by merging things that are often disjointed to unleash lasting progress.
