To combat coronavirus, or Covid-19, health experts are recommending social distancing to “flatten the curve” and save lives. But your gym or fitness studio’s closure doesn’t mean you can’t still make healthy choices. Here’s a list of 15 free online workouts you can access via a smartphone app, YouTube, or live streams on social media, These workouts require little to no equipment and are taught by excellent fitness instructors.
